I’m going to have to check this one out. I knew someone who worked in a hostess club (the kawaii maid kind) but am interested to hear the male perspective.

I’ve seen this multiple times, it’s totally awesome. Many people seem to be unaware of what a host really is, and this documentary explains it very well :)

I loved this documentary. It, and the featured characters, were a lot more open about Japan and Japanese life than in any other documentary I’ve seen.
